The Mantra of 'Less is More' takes practice, patience, determination, a fair amount of belief in yourself and a 'sifting' mentality.
Here is a loose analogy for a sifting mentality - you are taking the lumps out of the flour (the more) so you can have your cake and eat it! (the less).
Still with me?
Let's make a start...

The Download
The sifting playlist is challenging your thinking & actions.
Don't forget to celebrate what you are currently doing well & keep going with this.
The future small wins are just as important as the end goal so I would encourage you to celebrate & share these successes with others, as your story unfolds.
Sharing will also encourage you to stay focused, invite respectful challenge and have a 'supporter' hold you accountable.
My Christmas gifts to you
1 week to go!
