Method

Start with building trust.

This is the main ingredient, so add an extra dollop here if you feel it's helpful.


Add some conflict resolution.

Gently fold (don't stir) until all the lumps have been removed. The final result should look as smooth as silk.


Sprinkle in team commitment.

Each of these spices are important to the overall flavour so don't miss any of them out!


Measure out and add some accountability.

It's important to get the balance of accountability right, to avoid leaving a bad taste.


Finish off with the results focused topping.

Don't allow to dry out, keep topping up and or basting, as necessary.
