Sleeve Notes

And if you don't eat meat, this statement may well not matter to you at all!

So, you've looked to last year for inspiration this year.

You've reminded yourself of what you value and where your strengths and skills lie.

You have re-organised a few things in your mind and life and now you are ready to go...right?

Don't worry if not.

Revisit the questions in Now 47 & 48 to decipher where you are now or start making some commitments now for next month.

Here are some things you can do now to make sure your mind is steadfast and resolute in its intentions.

The Mind Playlist - Volume 3

Where will I focus my ENERGY in February?

(The goals that will energise you most)

What am I EXCITED about starting in February?

(Don't do it if it's not motivating you!)

How will I MEASURE my successes along the way?

(What you want to think/feel/be)

What will STRETCH & CHALLENGE me just enough?

(Add an extra bit of spice to your goals without pushing yourself over the edge))

When are my TARGET dates points throughout the year?

(Even better if you add personal meaning to the dates you are working towards)

If you are telling yourself, you...

could do this

should do this

probably will do this

you won't do it!

Time to check your self talk...

What will you do?

The Download

We have come to the end of your three week mind trip.

I hope you've found some useful thoughts and questions in these blogs to help you get in the right head space for achieving your goals next month.

In the run up to next month...

Next week - I'll share with you an example Personal Development Plan. (Mine for 2025!)

Getting it down in writing will help cement actions and show others what our intentions & commitments are for the coming year.

And then in the final week before February, I have a selection of health tips and (treats?!) to get you in the mood for the coming months.

Next week - An example Personal Development Plan (PDP)
