Harry Kane - "Work hard in silence. Let success be your noise" A coaching mantra?

You could easily apply this statement to coaching.
Clients, when they really want something important, will work hard in silence & reflection during & after our sessions together.
Success comes from small wins over a period of time. Some are more immediate than others. As in Harry's case, it's been a journey of years.
These wins make up the greater success and help shape us into the person we want to be, alongside the things we want to achieve.
Affirmations are fleeting.
Social media is fickle.
People can be fickle.
It's your choice if you wish to live your life this way of course.
Consider for a moment how exhausting it is trying to please others everyday with your online and physical presence.
My personal success has been much greater than the blogs I put out once a week or 'likes' I receive from others. It's nice to be acknowledged of course.
Much like Harry, it's come from years of hard work in silence, both on myself and in service of others.
It's not all been plain sailing and there have been a number of ups and downs. This is where the learning really happened.
In a world of instant gratification, it's worthwhile considering how you can reduce the noise inside you and around you, while you continue creating your success story, maybe with a greater emphasis on silence and behind the scenes work than you had considered before.
