Which one's resonate with you?

Here's an example...some of which may be mine?

STOP

  • Making assumptions about things and people.

  • Wasting energy on things you can do nothing about.

  • Saying 'Yes' to everything.

  • Neglecting yourself.

  • Comparing yourself to others...there is only one 'you' and if you don't like 'you', change it on your own terms!

  • Doing everything alone. Sharing does not = failure.

  • Being indispensable - because you're not and you'll never have any peace!

START

  • Something which opens up your world.

  • Being realistic with a touch of excitement to keep you interested!

  • Creating a 'Not To Do' list - Ditch the crap!

  • Putting your hand over your mouth when you cough!

  • Teaching your children to put their hands over their mouths too!

  • Looking up - The world is interesting!

  • Looking up - People are interesting!

CONTINUE

  • Doing small things which make a big difference.

  • Telling people what they do well.

  • Getting POSITIVE feedback...what do YOU do well?

  • Taking time for yourself - not selfish but self sufficiency.

  • Taking a deep breath.

  • Pausing before answering.

  • Evolving.

The STOP, START, CONTINUE method

is a great way of getting clear about...

  • Who you are.

  • What you want from yourself & others.

  • What is no longer acceptable.

  • What/Who you will engage with in future.

  • How you will capitalise on what is going well.
