Try these on for size and see if we could potentially be a perfect fit!



Side 1 - Are you ready for coaching?


  • I want to focus on the future rather than dwelling on the past.

  • I want someone to help me make sense of this 'future'

  • I'm looking for solutions, not problems.

  • I'm prepared to have my thinking challenged.

  • I'm prepared to be vulnerable and honest in a safe environment.

  • I'm prepared to create goals to stretch me enough to feel suitably challenged.

  • I want non-judgemental conversation.

  • I want to be listened to.

  • I want to be asked relevant questions.

  • I'm looking for a different perspective from someone I don't have 'history' with.

  • I want to own my outcomes and feel empowered.

  • I want to do things that make me happy and motivated.

  • I want to do things aligned to my values.

  • I want confidentiality.

  • I want to move forward at a pace that fits in with my life.

  • Take 30 minutes out of your day to have a chat with me.

  • I have 20 plus years of professional experience in personal development.

  • I'm here to create a relaxed atmosphere where you can be yourself.

  • With your agreement I will hold you accountable for what you say you will do.

  • I'll give you advice. (That's a mentor)

  • I'll take the role of the expert (That's a mentor and actually, you!)

  • I'll focus on your problems. (A counsellor and/or therapist is who you may need)

  • I'll focus on your past. (A counsellor and/or therapist is who you may need)

  • I will create actions and goals for you. (No, you'll do that. You own your future)



Side 4 - This IS me...The Coach, The Person.


  • I will listen.

  • I'll stay silent when it's important for you to reflect.

  • I'll ask relevant questions.

  • I will challenge you.

  • I'm not the expert, you are. (Even if you don't know it yet!)

  • I am non-judgemental.

  • We will decide together if I am the right coach for you, before any commitment.

  • I will tell you if I think you need another kind of support.

  • My top values are...Happiness/Calm/Creativity/Flexibility/Open Minded.



The Download

When you feel empowered to make your own decisions you are much more likely to action them because they will help you move forward in a way that works for you. This is where your 'expertise' comes in. You know yourself best. Sometimes you just need a Coach to help you get there.


If I gave you advice, they are my thoughts. I own those and you may not want to!


If I coach you, I'm being observant of your words and actions, to help me formulate questions and techniques to draw out the best in you now and in the future.
