'Small wins' in coaching are among the best things a Coach can see and hear from their client, while working with them.

Without these 'wins', a client is unlikely to feel motivated to move forward or successfully navigate the challenges along the way.

It's useful sometimes to remind clients to celebrate these small wins and take a moment to really think about how they got there.

While this might sound like self congratulation to some, it's actually a means of reminding oneself the strengths one has and maybe takes for granted.

So in true coaching style, here are this months questions to help you get in the mood for March!

  • What are your 'Small wins' from 2025 so far?

  • What's going well with the goals you have set yourself for this year?

  • What have you done/seen/heard which has made you feel good recently?

  • What personal strengths will you put to good use this month?

  • What do others appreciate about you?

  • How have you rewarded yourself this past week?

  • Who have you celebrated with?

Remember, this isn't about being narcissistic. It's about noticing what you do well, appreciating the little things that contribute towards the bigger picture, sharing success with your supporters and creating a positive environment to see achievements and challenges as enjoyable parts of your journey.

I'll leave you with this, till next month...

Who or what are you kindly saying 'no' to this month?
